Summary: Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget.

Candidate Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of related experience required (professional customer service, sales, or projects experience).
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization required.
  • Previous managerial/proven leadership experience preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement key strategies that support market differentiation and customer dependencies.
  • Actively manage the service level of the Projects team.
  • Identify, measure, and communicate key business drivers.
  • Create, train, and maintain standard work.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to maintain open communication.
  • Hold regular meetings with other department leads to drive cooperation and collaboration between teams.
  • Translate Voice of Customer efforts into actionable insights and operation improvements.
  • Participate in key sales activities.
  • Manage team development.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
