We are looking for a professional and competent Customer Service Associate to join our team and help our customers solve any technical issues they might be having. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers, have experience resolving technical questions, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone and e-mail inquiries from customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries with a variety of product information.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Deal with customer complaints.
• Develop and maintain social media accounts for the company.
• Manage content for the company's website.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
