CUSTOMER CARE PARTNER:

Kerusso is searching for our next Customer Care Partner to join our Sales group in Berryville, AR. The Kerusso Customer Care Partner will maintain, grow, and establish relationships with all B2B retail partners as well as all outside sales representatives in assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for our mission of "Proclaiming the Good News to the World through products about Jesus."

CUSTOMER CARE PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding the needs of B2B sales and service for independent brick and mortar retail store business
• Responsible for meeting and exceeding goals – Sales Goals, Call Goals, Weekly Goals
• Oversee dollars generated daily, monthly, and quarterly
• Provide product knowledge and sell all products. All Products have Christian, Faith or Freedom based message; these consist of screen-printed t-shirts, display programs, hats, socks, drinkware, and a variety of other gifts
• Provide impeccable customer experience to resolves all challenges or issues in a timely manner
• Maintain and assist all designated Outside Sales Representatives by answering questions, helping with orders, researching customer issues, and continuing to grow relationships
• Exemplify a positive mindset
• Able to adapt to ever changing tasks, instructions, and customer situations
• Document all calls, activities relating to the customer’s account in our CRM
• Responsibilities for all assigned retail partners: Managing Inventory, Placing Orders, Customer Service, Returns or Exchanges, Shipping Notifications
• Ability to travel to Trade Shows a few times per year

CUSTOMER CARE PARTNER QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILLS:

• High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Read, comprehend, follow all instructions
• Strong communication skills
• Excel in problem solving and decision-making
• Understanding customer needs
• Self-Motivated with the ability to work autonomously as well as a team
• Proficient Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Email Etiquette, CRM (Customer Relationship Management Software), Multi-task with multiple programs at the same time
• Ability to plan, organize and consistently meet deadlines
• Demonstrates motivational and a positive attitude
• Works well with all departments
• Exhibits awareness of best sales practices and thinks creatively

LOCATION:

The role is based on-site in our company headquarters in BERRYVILLE, AR. one-hour east of Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville, and 45 minutes south of Branson, MO.
