SUMMARY

The C3 (customer care center) agent has the responsibility for utilizing the Dealerships Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool to facilitate the internet customer's buying process. The C3 agent may be the initial contact between the Dealership and the Internet Customer for all internet related activities. The C3 agent will support the Internet Departments efforts in responding to online inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction goals are not only met, but exceeded. This is a key role within the dealership with room for growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the Handling of all incoming Internet Leads and appropriate follow up
  • Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration.
  • Set appointments.
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
  • other duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
  • Previous customer service and/or sales experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Driven to Exceed Goals and Expectations
  • Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
