Ashley Homestore (Sam Levitz Furniture), Southern Arizona's largest furniture retailer, is currently accepting applications for the position of Customer Care Associate. This position is very customer facing both on the phone and in person, customer service etiquette and ability to learn our information systems are very important! Positions available at all of our Tucson, Green Valley and Oro Valley (opening in 2021) locations.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Good phone etiquette and customer service skills. This role requires "speaking with a smile".
• Computer skills a plus, will work with GERS, DispatchTrac, Metaswitch
• Adaptable to changing circumstances
• Experience in a cashiering role a plus
• Works well in a team environment which includes 2-6 office staff and 20-30 sales staff
• Learn the Company process and procedures
• Communicates and documents customer concerns
• Open to various work schedules, including weekends
