Purpose/Introduction
We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Polyethylene Customer Account Coordinator for our Supply Chain team located in The Woodlands, TX.
Our ideal candidate is committed to promoting and ensuring a safe work environment with demonstrated skills in planning, time management, and accomplishing his/her work in an efficient manner. This candidate will be a self-starter, a team player, analytical, and an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Management of portfolio of specific products; from customer order entry to product delivery, including account settlement
- Managing consignment locations
- Coordinating shipment logistics
- Investigating, analyzing, and resolving issues
- Capturing and sharing market intelligence with the sales team
- Utilize Customer Feedback System
- Position will require some accessibility outside of normal business hours
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Accounting, Finance, Chemistry, or technical field).
- Minimum 10 years Customer Service and/or Logistics experience. (Customer Service experience includes providing service to internal and/or external customers and clients in a broad spectrum of fields)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to successfully interact in a team environment
- Ability to develop & foster customer relationships
- Accuracy in handling customer transactions
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficient on Microsoft Applications, (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint) preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP
