Position Start Date: ASAP
Days/Hours: Monday - Friday; 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Salary: $20.93/hr + $0.35/hr shift differential
Responsible to: Director of Buildings & Grounds
Position Purpose: Under general supervision, perform cleaning tasks and operation of various types of cleaning equipment to care for and maintain assigned buildings and related facilities.

Qualifications/Physical Requirements:
Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment: This position is posted as a full-time (40 hrs/week), twelve (12) month position. In addition, the pay includes an additional $0.10/hr for each level of boilers license when licenses are obtained. Eligibile for benefits as negotiated with Union Local 70 and District 112 plus an excellent retirement pension! This position is eligible for overtime and comp time.
