Custodian:

The Town of Dennis seeks qualified applicants for the full-time (40 hrs/wk) position of Custodian. Hours are 2:30pm-11pm Monday-Friday. Applicants must be able to work day, evening or split shift, depending upon the need. Work includes routine cleaning and maintenance of building and equipment, basic outdoor grounds keeping and other general labor duties.

Applicants must have experience operating light equipment (vacuums, floor buffers, etc.), familiar with custodial/building maintenance practices and possess basic carpentry skills.

The position requires moderate to strenuous physical effort. CORI check required.

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age

Licenses required: Valid Motor Vehicle License

Fully benefited position. Minimum hourly rate is $20.80/hr.
