Our client in the Peabody area is seeeking an expereinced custodian to help keep their office space clean. All benefits will kick in after your probationary period.
Hours/Pay Rate:
Mon - Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm
Compensation: $19.00 hourly
Custodian Duties:
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior of the building looking clean and professional
- Restock supplies in breakrooms and bathrooms
- Sweep and mop floors
- Trash removal
- Vaccum rugs
- Clean and refresh bathrooms
- Dust furniture and fixtures
- Report any light fixtures that burn out
- Adhere to the company's safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone
Custodian Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High degree of professionalism
- Must have prior expereince cleaning professionally in an industrial or office setting.
- Reliable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds
