We are looking for a talented Maintenance Technician to join our team specializing in performing troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and maintenance of equipment for our location in Cookeville, TN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Troubleshoots, assembles, installs, tests, and maintains mechanical systems using all necessary tools to keep equipment available and capable.
• Perform and document preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Manufacturing Knowledge - Demonstrates knowledge of manufacturing by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function's needs and contribute towards continuous improvement.
• Health and Safety Fundamentals - Champions and models proactive health and safety behaviors by identifying, reporting and participating in actions to improve health and safety in order to build an interdependent culture and contribute to an injury-free workplace.
• Teamwork - Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
• Instructs and coaches others and acts as an informal resource for team members with less experience.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Have completed a 2 year or equivalent industrial maintenance programwith certification.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLC’s and programs.
• Pay starting at $25.95 per hour with the opportunity to increase after a probationary period of 6 months. An increase of $.75 after completing and passing a mechanical and electrical test.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
