The CT Application Specialist is responsible for all aspects of CT applications training, including sales configuration, testing, on-site training, and continued remote support for both internal and external customers for TTG Imaging Solutions.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*

• Provide on-site Applications training to TTG Imaging Solutions’ customers.
• Provide technical support by assisting field service engineers and clients to resolve applications related errors, either remotely or on-site.
• Work with team to efficiently use all imaging equipment through unique configuration and software applications to meet company objectives.
• Create and coordinate a training program for staff technologists in the use of vendor applications.
• Maintain/update training material and associated record keeping.
• Maintain and improve performance of imaging workstation applications through regular communication with vendors and service engineers.
• Maintain basic and advanced PC knowledge of workstation operation systems.
• Create and update guidelines for clients related to camera and workstation facility requirements.
• Maintain policies and procedures as related to application software.
• Maintain an updated reference library of all vendor software.
• Demonstrate application software and imaging workstations to current and potential Customers.
• Adhere to Quality Management Procedures (QMP) and Work Instructions (WI) as set by the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Required to comply with all safety and compliance policies and procedures as it relates to their job duties and responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as determined by management.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS*:

WORKING CONDITIONS:*

• Work is performed in both semi-quiet office and remote settings. Position involves computer and phone work.

OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE:*

• There is limited radiation exposure during the performance of job duties when proper protocol is followed. Employees are required to use personal protective equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:*

• Associates of Radiology with CT certification (ARRT) or equivalent experience of more than 5 years required
• Previous CT Accreditation experience preferred
• Previous CT imaging testing, applications knowledge and training experience required
• Coronary CT and CCTA experience on Siemens or GE equipment preferred
• Previous PET/CT imaging testing, applications knowledge and training experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM. Proficient with industry diagnostic imaging OEM’s. Valid Driver’s license
• Condition of employment; completion and favorable results of Background Investigation and Drug Screen
• Must complete safety, OSHA and HIPAA, sexual harassment compliance training, ISO, and OEM related training. Continuous training and knowledge seeking of company products and services

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
