Sales Associate Reports to: Location Manager Classification: Part-time, Non-exempt • Greet each customer and provide prompt, courteous, friendly service. • Make product recommendations and suggestively sell promotional items. • Display a positive and enthusiastic demeanor while working. • Assist with inventory, stocking and visual merchandising. • Works with Management Team to train staff on how to drive sales to fullest potential through continued development on key performance indicators, product knowledge, customer service standards, operational requirements and visual presentation.
