Summary

The CRM Administrator will work with the Strategy & Analytics team to support CRM initiatives across the ticketing and business development departments of the Buffalo Sabres. The Buffalo Sabres utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage customer/partner touchpoints, sales leads, contract details, and reporting. The CRM Administrator will support the Buffalo Sabres business development (partnerships) department with data integrity, contract management, rate card management, inventory management, and activation reporting. This role will support the Buffalo Sabres ticketing department with data integrity, campaign management, lead generation, CRM process automation, and other CRM reporting as necessary.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for KORE and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Own all day-to-day CRM administrative activities, including data integrity, field/object creation, and workflow/trigger creation
  • Implement and enforce standardized best practices for organizational CRM users
  • Develop CRM training materials and lead training sessions for sales reps as necessary
  • Develop methods for ingesting relevant data from our data warehouse into CRM
  • Work with partnerships sales team to validate contract details in CRM
  • Manage partnership inventory and rate card in CRM
  • Build reports to track partnership asset fulfillment
  • Automate web form processes for sales leads and campaign generation within CRM
  • Analyze ticket sales campaigns and sales rep activity to optimize sales processes
  • Serve as the point person for CRM account merging and de-duplication
  • Create segments and customer lists for member and prospect email communication
  • Create dashboards for reporting on relevant ticketing/partnership CRM KPIs
  • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as necessary

Minimum Qualifications for the Position:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with KORE and/or Microsoft Dynamics (or similar CRM) preferred
  • Experience with SQL preferred
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation software (Eloqua) with integration to CRM system is a plus
  • Experience with Ticketmaster/Archtics is a plus
