Team Member Description
The Team Member position will perform a variety of duties along the service line. The primary responsibility is to interact with each guest (customer) to exceed expectations. This requires providing the highest quality of service to the guest by treating them with honor, dignity, and respect.

Essential Functions

• Interact with the guest to create an exceptional experience
• Cross train on all team positions
• Suggestively upsell
• Resolve guest concerns
• Complete guest orders at the register
• Maintain accuracy of both cash and coupons
• Manages assignments and dining area
• Cleans, sweeps, and mops floors
• Politely answer the telephone and provide directions, take catering orders, and messages

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
