Dickey's BBQ Pit is a renowned franchise known for its authentic Texas-style barbecue. As a Crew Member in Catering Prep/Delivery, you will be an integral part of our catering team, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our catering services. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of catering orders, including food assembly, packaging, and presentation, following Dickey's BBQ Pit's recipes and standards
• Ensure all catering orders are accurately packed and ready for delivery, paying attention to order accuracy and customer specifications
• Safely and efficiently transport catering orders to designated locations, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations
• Set up catering displays at event venues, ensuring an appealing and organized presentation of our barbecue offerings
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and set-up, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with the catering team to coordinate delivery schedules and maintain effective communication
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering vehicles, equipment, and storage areas
• Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and notifying management of any inventory needs
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Must be able to do Delivery
• Must be able to lift 75-100lbs
• Previous experience in food service, catering, or delivery is preferred
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order preparation and delivery
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service, demonstrating professionalism and a friendly demeanor
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks, lift and carry catering supplies and equipment
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
