- Crew Lead Masonry duties include:
- Communicating with Operations Leader

- Repointing
- Replacement of Broken Brick
- Construction of Brick and Stone Walls
- Construction of Retaining Walls
- Construction with Pavers
- Concrete Construction
- Waterproofing skills
- Reading Blueprints
- Determining Materials Needed Prior to Job
- Teaching Laborers
- All other responsibilities needed in projects.
Non Tangible Skills:
-Possess great communication skills - both written and verbal
-Must be team and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude, and be safety oriented.
-Great Listening Skills.
-Willing to Teach Laborers
Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of experience in the masonry field required.
- Licenses or the ability to obtain licenses for common construction equipment -Preferred
- Employees must have reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites.
- Driver's License (Required)
- English Speaking (Preferred)
- OSHA 30 (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
