Pay based on experience, and we are willing to train. Possible needs: crew, lead, manager. All hourly employees will receive tips in the $4 to $7 range. We want to grow. EASY HOURS - OUT BY 9PM.

Square Crew Member Overview

Square Mfg Co makes Detroit style premium pizza (plus awesome wings, sauces, and salads). In this location we focus on take out and delivery. We are currently seeking great people to help us grow our existing store and to expand to multiple locations. Our culture is friendly, respectful, fun, and hardworking. We are looking for candidates who are great team players, who can ask for help when needed and take ownership when confident

In this position, based on your strengths, you will be crafting our creative premium pizzas with care and speed AND/OR be more in the front finishing the pizzas, boxing, and handling customers. Each month we may introduce a new pizza. You will also be responsible for assembling salads, frying wings, and making any other dishes on the menu. Other responsibilities include prep work, closing/cleaning, and anything else within your skillset to keep us growing - we have a start up mentality.

Minimum Job Requirements

At a minimum, all cooks must meet the following requirements:

• Have good hygiene
• Stand for long periods of time
• Be respectful

Performance Expectations

All employees are expected to be able to perform the following tasks without assistance after 30 days competently.

• Able to properly use the POS system and read tickets.
• Have complete and in depth understanding of all items on our menu
• Able to finish all items after they come out of oven/fryer
• Able to make menu items correctly
• Able to explain the proper handling of allergens
• Able to setup and break down all stations in the kitchen
• Able to work well with all co-workers
• Able to multitask.
• Able to do all assigned tasks in a quick and effective manner
• Demonstrate the ability to hustle and perform under stress
• Able to maintain overall cleanliness of the establishment
• Memorized portion charts and prep procedures
• Able to sweep/mop, clean, do dishes and use an automatic dish machine.
• Able to work independently
• Maintain a pleasant, warm and friendly demeanor with guests that make them want to keep coming back.
• Be able to quickly package food without hurting the quality of the product
• Able to show enthusiasm when it comes to learning new skills
• Not afraid to ask for help

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
