South Cove Community Health Center is the premier Asian primary health care provider in the Greater Boston area. We have been providing value-based health care to the Boston Chinatown’s community for over 50 years and have expanded our delivery of care into the cities of Quincy and Malden. We now offer many services including: medical, dental, optometry, obstetrics and gynecology, behavioral health, imaging, and many other services. Maintain individual Provider files to include up to date information needed to complete the required governmental and commercial payer credentialing applications. Maintain internal provider grid to ensure all information is accurate and logins are available. Update each provider’s CAQH database file timely according to the schedule published. Obtain all provider licenses that are renewed; Professional, DEA, Controlled Substance (MCSR), Specialty Board Certifications. Complete Revalidation requests by government payers. Complete credentialing applications to add providers to commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid. Complete re-credentialing applications for commercial payers. Credential new providers and re-credential current providers with hospitals at which they hold staff privileges. Bachelor’s degree in related field, Preferred 2 years of Medical Credentialing Experience. Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
