Summary:
The Creative Traffic Coordinator will play an important administrative and supportive role within the creative team department.

The ideal candidate will come from a creative team or agency setting and display a general understanding of the creative operations and common creative and design terminologies. The will have great communication and collaboration skills, and display the ability to managing creative requests coming from various departments.

Essential Functions (include but not limited to):
  • Oversee project management tools (Jira) to ensure all project requests are reviewed and assigned to a designated designer. Ensure all projects stay on track and follow up with requesters during delays.
  • Gather necessary information, collect details from requestors when needed.
  • Help creative team on filing, organizing the creative server. Make necessary changes and develop a system that works for the team.
  • Help manage information flow to freelancers and outside agencies when working on special projects requiring external support. Includes receiving & sending files, or products.
  • Assist with organizing the photo studio and help with selecting, purchasing, storing, and logging props when needed.
  • Expense reporting as applicable
  • Have a stronghold on all assets, their location and ability to share as necessary.
  • Continue to innovate new solutions to streamline process and increase team productivity
  • Run local errands as required
  • Pick up print graphics
  • Drop off products to local studios
  • Shop for props
  • Assist with additional projects as requested
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
  • English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
  • Willingness to work on-site @ Farmingdale office
  • Must be able to execute quality control on own work as well as that of others
  • Ability to showcase problem solving skills, creative thinking, and ability to adapt
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven fast-paced environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Ability to display fiscal awareness and responsibility for department's resources
Education/Experience/License Requirements:
  • Associates degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration, design, fine arts, graphic or creative studies is highly preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience in project management or creative production is highly preferred (internship experience applicable)
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project management tool is required
  • Demonstrated eye for creative details including typography, copy editing, use of photography, layout, color & motion is necessary for some quality control on deliverables
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Sensory Requirements: With or without use of corrective lenses or any other visual aid, must be near and far-sighted to be able to inspect and review visual materials in print and digital. Must have full color vision. Will be required to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time. With or without use of hearing aids, must be able to engage in verbal communication (both in person and on phone) with team and outside parties.

Language Skills: English proficiency with strong grammar and syntax. Bi-lingual a *plus*
