Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: Flexible hours Monday - Friday with 35-40 hours guaranteed each week. Mom and Dad are proposing an 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm schedule, but are flexible for the right candidate.
About the Family:
- Currently, two children will be your charges in this role…with a third one joining next year! The oldest is in Pre-K, and loves science, numbers, and letters! She will be attending school full-time during the school year and summer camp in the summer. The 2-year-old is laid-back and building his gross motor skills - he attends a half-day school program Monday-Thursday. The youngest will be joining your crew in the Summer of 2023!
- Mom works from home in a separate office space and Dad works outside of the home in an office.
- No pets in this home!
About the Job:
- All standard Nanny Manager duties including schedule coordination, family laundry, meal prep, and light tidying untill the nanny is responsible for the baby. The role will drop down to nanny duties at this time.
- Driving requirements-the family is happy to let the nanny use one of there cars or offer mileage reimbursement for driving their own vehicle.
- Occasional travel with the family is highly desired! The family enjoys traveling to the mountains 4X/year for extended weekends, and would absolutely love their Nanny Manager to join them.
- Amazing benefits, including 8 days of PTO (of your choosing), 10 days of PTO (to coordinate), 6 sick days, paid major holidays, and guaranteed hours are being offered.
- Standard vaccinations are not required, though strongly preferred.
The Ideal Candidate: will have recent infant experience, in addition to previous experience with multiple children under the age of five. The family would love to find a candidate experienced in Montessori learning and has the desire to grow with a family for years to come. Mom and Dad are looking for a true teammate, so a nanny who values communication, limited screen time, and is 110% reliable will be this family’s ideal match!
