Job description

Pryes Brewing Company is seeking self-driven and outgoing craft beer enthusiasts to conduct samplings at liquor stores and similar off-site tastings around the Twin Cities Metro area.

Weekend availability is a must. Brand Ambassadors typically work Friday evenings and Saturdays at liquor store samplings. There is also occasional availability to work taproom and off-site beer events and festivals.

Eligible candidates will receive competitive pay and a variety of employee discounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• engaging positively with prospective customers regarding Pryes Brewing products and events
• participating in training and learning activities that solidify and expand brand knowledge
• providing conducting samplings at liquor stores (4 hour shifts)
• participating in beer-related events and festivals (6-8 hour shifts)
• driving to and from samplings and events
• acquiring and preparing necessary supplies for samplings and events
• staging, setting up, and tearing down events

Requirements:

• craft beer, sales and/or service industry experience preferred
• ability to lift and move 30 lbs unassisted
• attention to detail and quality in products, customer experience, and job performance
• professionalism as defined by the ability to make deliberate, intentional decisions, and a desire to grow your competence and skills
• a combination of creativity, exceptional execution, and personal character to set the standard of what the MN craft beer experience should be

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
