Riot Hospitality Group is currently looking for our next great Corporate Sales & Event Manager! We're searching for a candidate who can:
  • Be responsible for generating special event leads and managing all incoming/existing leads via TripleSeat, telephone, email and other channels.
  • Build relationships with clients and the community while representing Riot Hospitality Group and affiliates positively and professionally.
  • Negotiate with clients using creative and attractive event proposals, to achieve both maximum revenue/profit potential while satisfying client needs.
  • Seek out new sales opportunities and partnerships, initiating action plans and attending networking and community events to procure new business.
  • Build guest loyalty and book repeat business.
  • Supervise the execution of special events on-site. Partner with venue manager closely. Ensure satisfaction of client at the outset of all events.
  • Plan and/or attend and/or participate in meetings with venue staff, corporate staff, and clients as needed.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Department on event sales campaigns to increase event leads, conversions, and revenue.
  • Comply with RHG standards while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and clients.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and best practices related to sales and managing special events.
We hope our perfect candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 2 years of event sales and management experience
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to act with integrity and professionalism
  • Working knowledge of TripleSeat/Gather
  • Reliable transportation
