Our Corporate Receptionist is the face and voice of AMETEK for visitors and callers to our headquarters location. If you have good communication skills and enjoy helping people, this may be the right career move for you!

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES IN A COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT:

• Answer incoming calls via a web-based phone system (Microsoft Teams) and route callers to the appropriate employee or business location
• Greet guests and monitor in-person visitor access via web-based registry system
• Sort incoming mail and manage UPS and FedEx packaging
• Coordinate catering of lunches for corporate meetings and events; assist with coordination of occasional employee events

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE POSITION:

• High School diploma/GED
• Cheerful attitude and professional demeanor
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a corporate receptionist or administrative role
• Proven customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Teams)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
