Cookeville Regional Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time Corporate Giving Coordinator to join our Foundation team!

The Corporate Giving Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for maximizing funding from Upper Cumberland businesses and organizations, by growing and maintaining meaningful partnerships through engaging and compelling donor outreach. This position may interact with management, hospital staff, medical staff, board members, Empower Upper Cumberland leadership, clients, donors, patients and the public. This position is made possible by a three-year funding grant through Empower Upper Cumberland.

Other duties as assigned.

Position assures compliance and upholding of the Medical Center’s policy of non-discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, physical or mental handicap, pregnancy or veteran status. Position may interact with all ages of patients, guests, staff and others.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Preferred. High School Diploma or GED Required.

Additional Certifications: Accounting or Case Management Certification preferred.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience required.
Software proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required

• Three (3) years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, office admin or fund management
• Three (3) years of experience in formal writing
• Experience in customers service, community outreach, or case management
• Knowledge of donor software such as Donor Perfect or Raisers Edge
• Demonstrated ability to juggle priorities, remain pleasant and professional under pressure, maintain confidential information, create detailed and organized records, engage with diverse individuals and groups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
