Lincoln Hospitality Group is looking for a Corporate Chef for our restaurant group.

Lincoln Hospitality Group consists of 13 restaurants across Minnesota, Wisconsin and Nebraska. Brands include Northern Taphouse, Milwaukee Burger Company, and Omaha Tap House.

The Corporate Chef is responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations; models and demonstrates leadership that is grounded in the Lincoln Hospitality Group values. Successful performance is measured by consistent delivery of balanced results through our systems, methods and procedures. This leads to sustained growth in sales and profits achieved through personal, people, business and results leadership.

Corporate Chef Job Duties:

· Purchasing Management - Work with our suppliers to ensure stores are receiving optimal products

· Hiring and train kitchen managers

· Update/maintain/train specs across all brands

· Creating new dishes, updating and planning menus

· Consulting with the owners & corporate team to approve menu changes, supplier agreements and budget allowances

· Kitchen Manger Weekly check ins – updates sent to corporate team

· Collaborating with marketing professionals to create campaigns and promotional materials

· Training kitchen teams on food preparation, food safety, cleanliness, & organization

· Kitchen cleanliness/organization/recipe adherence

· Assist and be present in New Store Openings

· Traveling a minimum of 50% to the store locations

Job Requirements

· A minimum of 5 years of Chef or Kitchen Manager experience

· Strong passion for great food and guest service

· Proven ability to develop team

· Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
