As a member of t he JPMorgan Chase Corporate Brand team, you must have a passion for Corporate Impact storytelling and desire to manage brand initiatives related Corporate Responsibility & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Have an interest in brand marketing and amplifying the JPMorgan Chase & Co parent brand and act as the connective tissue between the Corporate Impact marketing team and creative teams/agencies, working together to deliver compelling marketing strategies and campaigns on time, on budget and on strategy.

You will partner closely with internal teams and cross-Lines of business groups to understand business objectives and ensure external marketing programs align with key priorities. Build strong and collaborative working partnerships with creative, video, research and insights to produce beautiful, on-message brand collateral that reflect the brand purpose. Also, you will work with various internal and external partners including agencies, writers, designers, JPMorgan social, legal and compliance officers, and web developers.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Brand Team on major strategic initiatives and complex, cross-functional projects sometimes with tight deadlines
• Work with Insights, external agencies, content, creative and internal client teams to develop compelling assets that resonate with the target audience
• Work closely with internal clients to understand their goals, align to support those goals in new and creative ways, and help them use their marketing dollars efficiently
• Own the team calendar and project matrix
• Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders across the Brand team, Lines of Business & Centers of Excellence
• Handle all requests for JPMC branding uses externally, reviewing and providing final approval as needed
• Manage brand governance to ensure all collateral produced for the brand are compliant with the firm's brand guidelines

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• A desire and ability to develop and work on marketing campaigns
• Experience working with external and internal creative agencies
• Strong organizational, project and time management skills
• At least 4 years of marketing / brand experience
• A passion for process and organization
• Action-oriented nature and willingness to tackle challenges; pro-actively will seek opportunities and operates with a sense of urgency to meet timelines
• Strong interpersonal skills to create lasting work relationships and teamwork-is a collaborative team player who easily gains trust and support of peers
