Job description
Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, an AmLaw 200 law firm with offices in five states, seeks a corporate attorney with 3 to 7 years of M&A experience. Qualified candidates will have substantial corporate transactional experience, including managing due diligence, structuring and documenting complex acquisition transactions. Securities law experience is preferred, but not essential. The role can be based out of either our Tampa, Florida office or Sarasota, Florida office.

Pay: $135,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
