Coordinator, Youth Transition Services (Harford County)
Job description
Reporting to the Director of Youth Transitions Services, the Youth Transitions Services Coordinator will be responsible for the operational success of the youth transition services programs in Harford County ensuring seamless team management and development, program delivery, quality control and evaluation.

- Associate's degree in a Human Services field (Education, Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, etc.).
- Must have at least one year of relevant experience (preferably working with youth with disabilities and/or employment services).
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills and be meticulous to details.
- Ability to maintain professional and respectful relationships with program and departmental staff, individuals receiving services and all external persons and agencies involved with service provision.
- Positive team player attitude and customer service driven.
- Personal Vehicle, valid Maryland Driver’s license required, and car insurance is required.
- Background Check and Drug Screening required.
