Summary of Position
The Coordinator, WWTV Marketing, AVOD role requires a talented individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, a proactive nature, a “can do” attitude, the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects, and an ability to thrive in a dynamic, creative, and challenging environment. This role will handle a variety of special research and marketing projects and support information aggregation and affiliate tracking, with special emphasis and support of the Global AVOD and SVOD Team. The role will report to the VP, WWTV Marketing & VP, Global AVOD.
Responsibilities
  • Organize and create assets for AVOD and digital linear channel marketing efforts
  • Actively source and identify promotional opportunities across global partners
  • Work collaboratively with external media agencies and partners to effectively execute campaigns
  • Assist in managing overall trafficking across all platforms inclusive of AVOD
  • Provide post-analysis of performance and execution
  • Help oversee overall invoicing process and keeping track of budgets
  • Create and present marketing decks to all levels within the organization (including senior executives), and external partners (including international distributors)
Qualifications and Skills
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to build cross-divisional and inter-company relationships
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Resourceful in finding solutions to problems
  • Ability to constantly multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • 1+ years of experience of related marketing experience
  • A college degree is preferred
Nice to Haves
  • Familiarity with all distribution types including SVOD and AVOD
  • Widespread knowledge of the film and TV industry and an enthusiast for film and TV content (both current and historical)
  • Possess highly creative and innovative capabilities
  • Foreign language skills are a plus
