Coordinator - Art It's Out There
Hamilton Community Schools invites qualified individuals to apply for the available Art It's Out There Coordinator position. This person will be responsible for the management of the district-wide Art It’s Out There program. Responsibilities involve the coordination and organization of all aspects of the show. These include but are not limited to:
- Working with district art teachers to identify, collect and frame student art.
- Working with the district volunteer coordinator to set the art show date and promote the show.
- Identifying and organizing volunteer help to frame, hang, and take down the displays located at the High School.
- Collecting lease agreement donations and organizing and distributing art to leasees.
- Collecting and returning art to students/parents.
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
- Leadership experience along with experience working or volunteering in a school setting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization, planning, and problem-solving skills and will be capable of managing multiple priorities throughout the day.
- Demonstrates dependability and promptness
COMPENSATION: Stipend each year
