Holton Manor, a Five Star Skilled Nursing and Rehab Facility is seeking to hire Cooks for various shifts to join our team.
1st Shift- 5am-1:30pm every other weekend and one day during week.
2nd Shift- 10:30am-7pm every other weekend and one day during week.
Want more hours, have the option to work as a dietary aide or in another department.
Responsibilities:
- To prepare high quality, tasty foods in specified quantities.
- To serve meals at the stated times.
- To follow all menus, therapeutic diets and production sheets in the preparation of meals.
- To maintain orderliness in working area.
- To accurately weigh and measure food ingredients.
- To supervise dietary personnel working on your shift.
- To follow safety measures when using all equipment and appliances.
- To clean all equipment used in food preparation.
- Any and all other duties assigned by Dietary Manager or Administrator in an effort to have a quality food service department.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.25 per hour
