Poised on the beautiful banks of Lake Coeur d’Alene, one of the five most beautiful lakes in the world according to National Geographic, discover The Golf Club at Black Rock. 20 minutes South of Coeur d'Alene, our exclusive golf community is placed on 650-acres of rolling hills, cascading waterfalls, and black rock cliffs. Within the gates of Black Rock, you will find a Jim Engh designed championship golf course which is one of the premier golf experiences in the country.
The Golf Club at Black Rock is currently accepting resumes for the 2023 season. We are seeking highly motivated individuals that want to be part of our fast paced, high-energy environment. The Club offers one of the most well-rounded exposures to the culinary industry in the area; from plated wine dinners, buffets, in-home catering, and fine dining, we have a variety of food service opportunities that fit individual preference and experience. If you are self-motivated, gregarious, possess a strong attention to detail and work well in a team atmosphere, you are a perfect fit for our team.
Start and end dates are flexible, but ideally, we would like team members to commit to working from the beginning of May through the end of October 2023.
Experience Required
- Working knowledge of culinary terms and preparations
- Ability to work food preparation and salad stations
Essential Responsibilities:
- Food preparation and service
- Sanitation and safety
- Stand/walk 100% of shift
- Ordering and inventory control
- Time management
- Must be able to lift 65lbs. repetitively
