Flavia's Roman-Italian restaurant is looking to immediately hire line cooks to join our crew full-time at our Asbury Park location. The Cook's duties will consist of preparing, cooking, and plating a variety of Italian dishes under the direction of the Executive Chef. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience cooking & plating various pasta dishes, and at least 2 year experience grilling & sautéing.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook and plate a variety of Italian menu items under the direction of the Executive Chef.
- Maintain a clean work station, including kitchen equipment and tools.
- Stock and replenish station with needed food items and supplies.
- Monitor orders in preparation for service to ensure success in operation.
- Follow time schedules and adjust to demand.
- Manage inventory to ensure proper levels of food supplies are maintained.
