Job description
Work within the dining halls cook varies menu items from complex recipes (including many international cuisines), filling out service records, following all safety practices, lift at least 50 pounds, excel in customer service, able to follow directions, work in hot and cold environments, bend, lift stand for entire shift (8 hours).
Responsible for correct uniform compliance (slip resistant shoes, black pants, chef coat or black shirt), nails must be health code compliant and not exceed fingertips, close cropped facial hair.
Working around and with a student population.
