Concordia at Cabot, the birthplace and headquarters of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, has one of the broadest networks of senior- and healthcare-related services in the country, all in one location: retirement living, short-term rehabilitation, personal care, long-term nursing care, hospice care, outpatient physical therapy, adult day services, even child care. As a Cook, you will be responsible for the overall coordination of food preparation and cooking, and ensuring that high quality of food is prepared. Responsibilities include keeping work area and equipment clean and sanitary, preparing or directing the preparation of all food served, and evaluating food quality and taste to assure resident satisfaction.

Entry level friendly - paid on-the-job training. Competitive starting wage of $17.50. Starting wage with a Culinary degree is $19.25. Every other weekend off Friday-Sunday. If you are detail oriented and enjoy working with food then this is the perfect job for you! This is for our 8:30am - 6:00pm shift.

Eligible employees who work at least 24 hours per week can receive an additional $1.50 per hour on top of the current listed salary.

Qualifications
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
ServSafe Certification preferred
