Job description
Champa Thai and Sushi Restaurant located in Raleigh/Durham (Brier Creek Commons) is looking for Cook. Cook is responsible for prepping ingredients and preparing/cooking/plating menu items per restaurant’s recipes and specifications. Cook keeps his/her work area clean, organized, and stocked throughout shift.
Responsibilities:
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service
Cook menu items
Ensure food comes out in high quality and in timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and all sanitation regulations and safety standards
Qualifications:
Proven Wok/cooking experience at Asian restaurant
Follows directions for preparing, cooking, and plating
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks and following recipes
Available shifts all days.
