COO (Powersports Industry) Description

Our client, in the Powersports industry, is looking for a COO to add to their team in Garland, TX. As the 2nd hand to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing our client’s operational processes to enhance productivity and profitability. To be successful in this role, you must have 10+ years of VP or C-Level experience. Ideal candidates will have experience with consumer product manufacturing and familiarity with Powersports. Top candidates will be exemplary leaders, who have superior business acumen and a sound understanding of business strategies. COO (Powersports Industry) Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes
• Spearhead strategies to steer company performance
• Control company costs
• Implement processes to maximize efficiency
• Coordinate and manage budgets
• Prepare timely financial reports
• Improve customer relations
• Establish and support the development of standard operating procedures
• Oversee departments while maximizing efficiency
• Prepare performance financial reports
• Oversee marketing initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to set business KPIs
• Implement improved processes in collaboration with management

COO (Powersports Industry) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required/ MBA preferred
• 10+ years of VP or C-Level experience required
• Experience managing a workforce of 40+ employees required
