PACO Group, Inc. (PACO) is looking for a full-time onsite Contract Management professional with at least 15 years of design and construction contract management experience for various Terminal C design and construction programs at the Orlando International Airport. The selected candidate must have demonstrated experience interpreting contract drawings and specifications, preparing cost reports and estimates, establishing and maintaining costs and schedule reports and databases, and management of all change management functions. Experience with and understanding of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grant rules and guidelines is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Contract Manager will be required to have full knowledge and familiarity with the following:

  • Negotiate contracts for design and construction services for approval by the Aviation Authority (GOAA);
  • Manage compliance with the Aviation Authority’s approval procedures;
  • Manage the procedures and project managers’ compliance with the Authority’s requirements for payment applications and invoice review, owner purchases, schedule management, change management, including change order coordination, negotiation, documentation, processing and reporting, manage cost estimating, cost analysis, cost control and budget management, executive reporting and project documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with financial consultants for funding compliance and budget and cost reporting and various committee procedures and documentation;
  • Ensure that proper documentation is received for all aspects of the contract;
  • Prepare monthly reports, monitoring contracts, preparing Project Meeting Minutes,
  • Prepare general correspondence, schedule meetings/inspections, posting information to logs; and
  • Maintaining databases, records and filing systems.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will present the following qualifications profile:

  • Associates Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Expedition

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour
