Terrific opportunity to join a growing company. Gordon Marketing is looking for an initiative-taker, money-motivated person to help drive agent leads to our sales floor. Join an award-winning insurance FMO. We serve insurance agents all over the country. Our goal is to have an agent partner with us to enable us to support their sales of Medicare, life, and Annuity products. The company has been in business for over 40 years as a three-generation family run company in Noblesville, Indiana.

Contracting Processer Duties.

• Processing & executing various contracts for agents and agencies.
• Creating & Maintaining relationships with carriers & marketers.
• Maintaining correspondence & documentation related to contracts
• Communicating requirements needed to finish contracting to the marketing team.
• Monitoring contracts, doing follow ups & moving forward with close-out, extensions, or renewals of contracts.
• Problem-solving contract-related issues
• Maintaining a relationship with the Contracting Supervisor and Commission Team effectively to ensure accuracy in data and reporting.
• Updating/working HQ, SureLC & all other office-related software.
• Follow All Vector Hit & Credit Reports Hit procedures in Place.
• Maintaining current licensing information on file for each carrier & partner.
• Daily follow up of reporting documents that show pending or submitted contracting for all agents.
• Attaching Ready to Sell reports to HQ from the carriers.
• Ensuring all commissions schedules we have on file in HQ are current, up to date.
• Ensuring all commissions levels in Sure LC are current & up to date.
• Notifying the Marketing Team of changes with Carrier’s processing turnaround time &contracting procedures.
• Forward all notifications of agent debit balances to appropriate co-worker responsible.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor

Education and Experience Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
