Inner Source Therapy is a private practice in New Bern, North Carolina that offers quality Mental Health Services to individuals, couples and families. We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate contract therapist to join our team.

To be considered for this position, you must be licensed in the state of NC. Preference given to clinicians credentialed with BCBS and or other insurance panels. If you are not yet credentialed, we will assist you in getting credentialed within approximately 90 days. Additionally, we are looking for candidates who have certification and Trauma focused modalities such as emdr, brain spotting, etc,.

At Inner Source Therapy we value specialized clinicians and preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with specific populations or modalities. If you have a particular area of expertise, please highlight it in your application.

This is an independent contractor (1099) role. There is no cap on earnings. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of individuals, couples and families, and will play a vital role in helping to improve their mental health and well-being. This position provides the opportunity to see clients in person or telehealth. You will be provided with your own private office at our facility, which includes furnishings and other related overhead.

Responsibilities:

• Be empathetic and compassionate.
• Have a general knowledge of mental healh disorders.
• Demonstrate initiative in networking and maintaining an agreed upon caseload
• Prepare and maintain all required treatment records, notes and reports and ensure that all records meet health insurance standards
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to help clients overcome their Mental Health challenges

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $53.00 - $84.00 per hour
