CONTRACT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY WITH AMAZING CLIENT!

Imprimis Group, Inc. has partnered with a leading recycling services client in The Colony, TX that is hiring for a Contract Manager. Our client is growing and hiring top talent to join their contract administration team. This role is intended to manage the Contract Administration function and is responsible for preparing, analyzing, negotiating and revising all contracts with Clients, Vendors and outside organizations that involve the purchase or sale of goods or services, such as equipment, materials, supplies and products. Great opportunity that works closely with the company’s executive leaders, departments and external legal team.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree required; Paralegal certificate preferred

· 5+ years of directly related experience as a contract administrator, contract manager or comparable experience

  • Knowledgeable in legal and ethical rules and all local, state and federal regulations regarding contracts
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, negotiation and written and verbal communication skills
  • Analyze potential and actual problems and develop optimal solutions
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office business applications, SalesForce desired
  • Experience using DocuSign and/or Adobe Sign
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Attention to detail and organized, initiative, effective communication (written/verbal)
  • Exceptional prioritization skills, collaborative, self-starter and intellectual curiosity
  • Applicable industry experience preferred

Main Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Draft, revise and/or review all NDAs, MSAs, SOWs and all other contractual documents of the Company
  • Ensure all contracts are in compliance with laws and organizational policies; analyze and mitigate risk

· Prepare contracts that meet the financial and professional goals of the Company

  • Assist and manage web-based contract management lifecycle/repository system
  • Assist with maintenance and development of dashboards, metrics and reports
  • Develops and implement Company’s contract administration related policies and procedures and implement measures to ensure company-wide compliance with established policies and procedures

· Interpret and explain contractual terms and implications to internal departments

  • Negotiate Client and Vendor contracts along with internal teams (Vendor Relations, Sales, Client Services, etc.)

· Ensure all Vendor agreements match the terms and conditions Company has agreed to

  • Review final contracts before approval and signature
  • Work closely with the Implementation Team on award packages to ensure all final negotiated Client and Vendor contracts are in place before the go live date
  • Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy
  • Track deadlines and expiring contracts, Maintain detailed and organized files
  • Offer process improvement ideas and suggestions while collaborating with legal and leadership teams to aid in growing business models
  • Ability and flexibility to work on call schedule or work on company holidays per business needs
  • Other projects/duties as required by the business

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
