Wilson County Motors is a family-owned automotive dealership in Lebanon, TN, which is located about 25 miles East of Nashville. Our company has been in business since 1927 and still growing. The recruiter will support both our Wilson County Chevy-Buick-GMC and Wilson County Hyundai dealerships.
We are exploring a potential partnership with a highly skilled contract AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN RECRUITER. Their primary focus will be sourcing and presenting qualified candidates to fill Master Tech, A-Level, B-Level, diesel, and transmission technicians.
We anticipate offering a per-hire flat-rate fee structure. The recruiter will be considered a contract recruiter for an agreed-upon period of time. Only recruiters with a successful track record for hiring automotive technicians in a timely manner will be considered.
