We’re one of the area’s top Business Technology Firms and we’re looking for our next Contracts and Sales Order Admin. We are seeking a motivated person with excellent contract and full-cycle sales order skills, strong communication abilities and, most importantly, someone who is ready to be part of a winning team.

You’ll work from our comfortable offices located in West Reading, PA and will be responsible for handling the sales order from initial placement with the Account Executive through the administrative process to finalization and funding. From there creating maintenance contracts in E-Automate and maintaining throughout the term.

The Contract and Sales Order Admin Position:

  • You be processing upgrade/buyout requests and lease applications
  • You’ll support and process lease orders upon approvals
  • You will review that incoming sales orders are compliant and adequate, and prepare documents for funding
  • You will be reviewing blended rates and promotions against commission worksheet
  • You’ll build and bill sales orders as well as building contracts in E-Automate
  • You’ll oversee and process lease returns including insurance certificates for leased transactions
  • You’ll create vendor relationships and lease negotiations
  • You will be utilizing Sharepoint for record keeping
  • You’ll audit and analyze contracts – including adjustments for pricing based on volume
  • You’ll be involved in meter collection and billing
  • You will be handling and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
  • You will run maturity, termination, asset management reports
  • You be responsible for end of month close out – accuracy and profitability goals
  • You’ll collaborate on improving process and reducing inefficiencies
  • You’ll support the Senior Director of Operations in process improvement

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in a related field
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Mastery of MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience dealing with leasing companies or related elements, sales personnel, and wholesale companies
  • Negotiation skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer skills
  • Ability to work hand-in-hand with other Teams
  • Follow-up on transactions until complete
  • Ability to work the last week of the month, always, unless in the most urgent circumstances
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to lift, push, pull up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, shared space, collaborative, open office space environment
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
