Job description

• Maintains and organizes project specific shared files and all project specific correspondence.
• Bills projects based on contract value and percent complete accounting.
• Oversee and manage all contracts and subcontracts and purchase orders – project specific.
• Responsible for all contract prequalification submissions, i.e., insurance, w9, sworn statements, etc.
• Prepares and submits AIA invoices per customer requirements.
• Maintains standard or SOV templates according to AIA standards.
• Supply all documents for billing, i.e., sworn statements, waivers.
• Responsible for obtaining all waivers for payment submission.
• Processes change orders.
• Reviews of material shipping report in preparation for material billing
• Develops working relationships with all both internal and external customers.
• Create and maintain logs for billing of other receivables.
• Miscellaneous billing and collections
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in client billing/invoicing with AIA pay applications.
• Adherence to laws and best practices regarding dealing with customers and data electronically.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in use of Outlook and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) applications
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and meet deadlines.
• Ability to organize tasks and time to ensure timely completion of all projects.
• Ability to work closely with the AR billing and associated teams and also independently.
• Attention to detail, organization, speed and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
