BetterWorld is the fastest growing fundraising platform for nonprofits in the US! We are on a mission to help nonprofits raise $1B within the next 10 years. We provide a suite of beautiful, free fundraising tools to nonprofits making it easier to raise more money and save more time.

We are looking for a friendly, passionate, outgoing individual to join our team, write thoughtful, engaging content and help ensure every nonprofit on our platform has an amazing experience. As a Content Writer and Creator, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the experience of thousands of nonprofits on our platform. You will not only help guide nonprofits through our platform to ensure they have an excellent experience but will also help grow the number of nonprofits in our community.

Your role & responsibilities include but not will not be limited to:

• Become an expert on the BetterWorld platform so that you can guide users through trouble shooting, onboarding and getting the most out of their experience
• Write clear, engaging copy for emails and blog posts.
• Manage our social media account, engaging proactively with nonprofits as well as building out thoughtful posts.
• Research and write thought leadership pieces to engage our community.
• Interview nonprofits, businesses and donors, crafting thoughtful questions and transcribing interviews into compelling blog posts.
• Help drive conversion by providing live chat support, video demos and quick sales calls
• Be a first responder to questions that come up during campaigns from both nonprofits and their donors
• Help grow the number of nonprofits on the BetterWorld Platform through localized, community centric outreach
• Host webinars on our products for nonprofits interested in using BetterWorld and help build out the knowledge base for organizations using BetterWorld

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
