Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking passionate employees who can deliver exceptional service and support to customers over phone, email, chat and text.

  • Full-time (40 hrs/week)
  • Excels in a professional, fast-paced and rewarding environment
  • Ability to provide concierge-level service to doctors, pharmacies, patients and manufacturers
  • A problem solver with attention to detail, service, integrity, and accountability
  • Strong ability to follow established workflows and processes
  • Cares deeply about patients and their health
  • Generate reports and any data requests, as necessary
  • Make decisions utilizing established pharmacy/clinical guidelines

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Monday - Friday shift at our Rexburg corporate office
  • Customer service experience
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Full-time employee (40 hrs/week)

  • Use all the resources that you have available within our client services specialty hub to place yourself in the strongest position to succeed
