The Construction Technology Engineer is responsible for construction field systems training and use improvements, resource setups, and supporting project level implementations. The Construction Technology Engineer is also responsible for managing Posillico’s camera surveillance program, including but not limited to program QA/QC, inventory and accounting, and workflows/integrations.
Posillico Civil, Inc. together with its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners and joint ventures ( collectively “Posillico”) do not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate. Position Outline
The Construction Technology Engineer is responsible for construction field systems training and use improvements, resource setups, and supporting project level implementations. The Construction Technology Engineer is also responsible for managing Posillico’s camera surveillance program, including but not limited to program QA/QC, inventory and accounting, and workflows/integrations.
Typical Responsibilities
- Review and assess software/cloud program usage, information flow and opportunities for use improvements
- Work with construction Project Management teams, departments, and groups on system and program needs, adoption and implementations
- Perform program(s) training to optimize field program use, and to optimize internal training initiatives
- Manage camera surveillance program QA/QC in working with safety professionals and project teams to improve safe work behaviors
- Manage camera surveillance program inventory and accounting cameras/equipment deployment across the company
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- 4-year degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
- Construction field experience is preferred
- Experience in using construction technology is preferred
- Must be capable of meeting deadlines, self-motivated, detail oriented and highly organized
- Must have above average interpersonal skills and have excellent follow-through capability
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential to this position
- Ability to develop and maintain systems/processes
- Advanced computer skills are required
Reports to: Business Information Director
Compensation: $50,000 to $75,000 per year
