Triac Construction is a premium custom build group. We assemble custom homes of the highest quality workmanship, and professionally scheduled commercial projects executed to suite. We currently are focused on only high-end luxury homes starting at 4000 SF+ and have a heavy focus on hotel construction doing renovations and new builds.

• Candidate should have experience in the construction field not only as a supervisor but also with power tools and handy work and should expect part of this job to require working with their hand.
• Direct management of site operations and overseeing trade contractors.
• Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and be self-motivated and a good communicator.
• Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs.
• Implement safety and quality guidelines.
• Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly.
• Work with project team to develop scopes of work.
• Assist team with change management.
• Attend weekly owner meeting and run weekly trade meetings.
• Work with PM to update monthly schedule.
• Procore experience a plus.
• Keep track of material stock orders.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
