*This job will require REGULAR TRAVEL to construction sites, so if this isn't your jam, move it along.*

• Effective communicator
• Understand Gantt scheduling/construction scheduling
• You know how a home gets built from conception to move in
• You have RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
• You understand how to work with General Contractors and Subcontractors
• You are organized
• You can follow instructions
• You understand contracts and subcontractor agreements
• You can read blueprints and structural drawings
• You can make decisions on job sites and feel confident in your decisions
• You are patient driving from site to site
• You can speak construction to anyone at ANY education level
• You know the California codes and municipality expectations
• You have done construction estimating and understand pricing
