Construction Administrator
OVERVIEW: Traditions of America, a national leader in the development of 55+ lifestyle communities, seeks an exceptional Construction Administrator at our Chesterfield Community in Chesterfield, VA. This is a full time fast paced position. As Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for all aspects of supporting construction, production, warranty, and service work.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
· Providing administrative support to the construction staff
· Managing the Service and Warranty Department
· Permitting
· Managing filing systems
· Interfacing with home building software
· Communications with homeowners and subcontractors
· Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and ability required.)
· Proficiency with Outlook and Excel is required
EXPERIENCE:
· Prior Customer Service experience required
· Prior construction administrator experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
- Construction Administor: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Suite: 2 years (Required)
